Overview
Lodify protects your privacy and collects only the operational data needed to dispatch machinery, verify safety credentials, and process accurate billing.
Live GPS & Telemetry: Operator location is tracked strictly while en route to a site or actively operating a machine. Background tracking is deactivated when off-duty or inactive. Location is shared solely with the assigned customer and fleet owner.
KYC & Document Vault: Government identity documents (Aadhaar, Driving Licence, RC, PAN, Fitness) are stored in an encrypted vault with one-way hashing. Full numbers are never displayed to unauthorized parties or customers.
Masked Calling & Communication: In-app phone calls and chat between customers, operators, and fleet owners use virtual masked numbers, keeping personal phone numbers private.
Financial & Banking Data: Bank account details, UPI IDs, and payout logs of Fleet Owners and Owner-Operators are securely processed via RBI-compliant payment gateways and are never accessible to pure drivers or unauthorized staff.
Data Protection: Lodify never sells personal or fleet information. Data is retained strictly for regulatory compliance, statutory machine maintenance records, and tax audit trails.
