Terms & Conditions

Platform Roles & Hierarchy: Lodify accommodates Pure Operators (employed drivers), Fleet Owners (machinery proprietors who dispatch drivers and manage fleets), and Owner-Operators (proprietors who both own and drive machinery). Each role must complete mandatory KYC verification before accepting or executing jobs.

Verification & Operating Badges: Pure Operators and Owner-Operators must possess a verified commercial driving licence and equipment badge. Only KYC-approved profiles receive bookings. Customers or site supervisors may verify physical identity upon site arrival.

Fleet Assignment & Cancellation: Fleet Owners assign machines and designated operators to bookings. A Pure Operator assigned to a fleet booking cannot cancel the job and must complete the work; driver reassignment or cancellation is strictly the Fleet Owner's prerogative.

PIN Handshake Verification: Machine work strictly begins when the customer releases the 4-digit Start PIN to the operator on site, and officially ends when the customer enters the Completion PIN. Nothing is billed for time outside verified PIN releases.

Two-Tier Hourly Billing: Working time and waiting time are billed separately at the agreed hourly platform rates. Waiting time commences upon site arrival, with a standard free grace period applied before billable waiting minutes accrue.

Breakdowns, Pauses & Safety Authority: Mechanical breakdowns, fueling stops, or site pauses are non-billable. Every pause records reason and dual timestamps. Operators hold full safety authority to pause or refuse operations if ground or site conditions are judged hazardous.

Earnings & Payout Distribution: Machine rental revenue and invoice settlements are paid directly to the verified bank account or wallet of the Fleet Owner or Owner-Operator. Pure Operators track duty hours; their wages are handled directly with their fleet employer.

Owner-Operator Access: Owner-Operators have full visibility over machine telemetry, rupee earnings, invoice breakdowns, and driver controls, reflecting both asset ownership and on-site operation.

Live GPS & Telemetry: Operator location and equipment telemetry are tracked strictly during active dispatch and job execution to ensure accurate arrival estimation, geofencing, and audit logs.

Claims & Dispute Resolution: Any billing dispute, meter discrepancy, or on-site claim must be raised through the app within 24 hours of job completion for review by Lodify Operations.
